New Construction- We offer custom and builders grade installations of heating and cooling systems, both residential and commercial, for new construction in the Currituck/Dare County area from the Virginia state line to Ocracoke Island. We welcome invitations to bid on residential and light commercial projects and we handle services on Home Warranty Claims, if requested.
Mold prevention- We utilize indoor air treatments as well as a full complement of air testing procedures. We cannot or do not claim a solution for mold growth, but we know that we can inhibit mold growth in the HVAC duct system and it's components and we can treat indoor air to greatly enhance human health and comfort. We also know that generally, homeowners have many misconceptions about how to filter the air they breathe, when to change filters, what type of filters to use, and the overall quality and/or rating of the filter they need to be using.
